those faces are acctuly ITEMS as there is a big fuss about it under helmet etc....there items..not face...as u see in galen's face,the skin colour is not same as his hands and legs. those items are what the ww staff will look in future. same as in real but made into a cartoon :)

also ww promised..we now got our 1000 credits as a sorry from wiglington and wenks for the 4 days of server crash, again if u didnt spend the money u got from the Chinese god of fortune then ha! u got 1500 credits! and lets say 500 more from contest , this makes enough money for a suit! great! this server crash come in useful eh? XD what are YOU spending it on =] .....
also the freezing while logging in will now be fixed!this was caused by the big friend list,i hope they dont minimize the numbers
