trainee scouts handbook!

hello Travelers

T is a special post dedicated to WW players who would just love to become trainee scouts one day , yep! this is the Wiglington Crew trainee scouts handbook!

Before you get in and read i would like to clear something before everything , do NOT ask to be a trainee scout , they will choose the best for the job, so please don't ask .

For now i am keeping this short and easy for you guys :) enjoy reading those useful tips .

1-Does this or that matter?

There is nothing that really matters about being a trainee scout , in fact i think the only thing standing in your way is being over two months in ww player age, most players will fall back in a month if their target was to become a trainee just by forcing themselves act good, so really if u would like to do it that way, it wont really happen , eve n being a member or the top of hall of fame wont really affect being one as long as you are an active and truthful player.

What shall i do to become one?

Well to become a scout , there some barriers you have to break and walls you have to climb , here are some tips for you :

• you first see a new player , you must welcome them and give them a short tour around the virtual world, the wont have their passport at that point but still! you can have a little chat to explain it to them, a good player automatically do that on forum and the vw.

• when WW needs you, you help it! by this i mean promoting WW in contests like the ones hosted by about.com , this will help WW and will make it more known world wide!

• You must be friendly and helpful! you cant just ignore a player asking for help! and also one of the most important points is being friendly because as a scout you cant just watch an argument and ignore it but you have to stop it!

• Blogging and tweeting (having a twitter account) will really help as it gives the staff more overview about the player and at the same time you could mention ww in you posts and tweets which will be useful!

• It would really help if u go on WW often and actively , players who just want to be scouts with no truthful heart mostly just make short visits that might not do anything , and if you are a junior member at the forum it would not really help , senior member is the most useful rank to this position!

• Responsibility and organisation! it is no use if you want to become a scout while you are not responsible or organised! being a scout is a big responsibility that wont accept lazy people.

• Do not beg or ask people to vote/make polls referring to how good and deserving you are! they can make them themselves if they feel u deserve it. beside asking mods to make you a trainee will just make them think you are not the right person for it. a good scout must be patient

• It is preferred that your an experienced player (over 2 months in game will be a start of the journey) so really its just that u have to be patient and show the staff that you are the right person for this job! also it is preferred that you are older in real life, if you are young but acting very mature , nothing is stopping you of becoming one.

• Again you must not just join the world of WW if your reason is to become a mod and like Aldric said
